Drake Maye has already endeared himself to the New England region with his MVP-level play and humble personality, but another member of the Maye family has gained a cult following with Patriots fans across the country.

Maye’s wife, Ann Michael, has already become ingrained in the hearts of New England fans with her TikTok page, where she posts cooking and lifestyle videos. She first gained traction solely by association with Drake, but has since carved out a niche for herself on social media with baking videos, most recently starting a series called “Bakemas.”

Ann Michael is posting daily videos of her baking new recipes leading up to Christmas. Her four videos so far have already gained over three million views on TikTok, leading to comments from adoring Patriots fans and even a copycat video from Barstool personality Dave Portnoy.

Drake and Ann Michael are middle-school sweethearts who got married in the offseason, another reason Patriots fans feel so warm and fuzzy about the storybook couple.

Her followers online have already dubbed her “the First Lady of New England,” showing their love for not just Drake but for her as well. Ann Michael’s down-to-earth videos have not only led to popularity, but also to some pretty hysterical comments taking lighthearted shots at Tom Brady’s ex-wife Gisele Bündchen:

Clearly, Patriots fans are riding a high from their on-field success and are looking to show their appreciation for the Maye family so that they stick around New England for a long time.

Ann Michael and Other “WAGS” Becoming Quick Friends

“WAGS” is a term used to refer to “wives and girlfriends” of professional athletes, and the Patriots “WAGS” all seem to be a tight knit group.

Parker Henry, wife of Patriots tight end Hunter Henry, posted a video of many of the “WAGS” together at a party, all hanging out together outside of the football world.

New England has become one of the most exciting teams on the field, and this camaraderie between players and their significant other off the field has become a rallying point for many Patriots fans amidst their 10 game winning streak.

New England is on a bye week, and will have one of it’s biggest tests of the season waiting on the other side as they’ll take on AFC East rival the Buffalo Bills in week 15.
