“I know we play at an extremely high speed, and sometimes people forget there are human beings out there beyond the sideline doing their job too,” Diggs shared. “That collision froze me. I just wanted to make sure he was okay. Winning matters, but people’s safety and the respect we show each other matter so much more.”
The 12-second video of Diggs returning after the game to check on the cameraman spread like wildfire across social media, racking up millions of views in just hours. Fans, former players, and media members alike unanimously called it “the most human highlight of Week 13.”
