Each home — valued between $500,000 and $700,000 — is specially designed for veterans who sustained life-changing injuries in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other post-9/11 operations. These homes feature voice-activated systems, barrier-free layouts, and solar-powered energy

“Football teaches you about brotherhood, sacrifice, and teamwork,” Watt said at the dedication ceremony in Cranberry Township. “But nothing compares to what these men and women gave up for our freedom. The homes include wheelchair-accessible hallways, lowered counters, and flat flooring to ensure ease of mobility. Each design is customized for its recipient — from adaptive kitchens to voice-controlled lighting and security — blending innovation with empathy.
